What to send

.mp4, .mov files exports that look wrong to you, whatever the codec (H.264, H.265, ProRes, HAP etc.). Send us the smallest files that can reproduce your issue, so we can help you faster
Adobe project : .prproj Premiere Pro, or .aep After Effects
Logs : the .zip bug report generated in the plugin's popup, or only .log files
A screen recording using the plugin, if the problem you face is best explained visually
